Stories of Real Transformation
Since 2018, Jenga Dada Initiative has championed gender equality by uplifting vulnerable women and young girls. Discover how access to menstrual hygiene, practical financial training, and climate-smart agriculture is reshaping futures across our communities.

Keeping girls in school with dignity
A lack of sanitary pads forces thousands of young girls to miss classes and eventually abandon their education. We have reached over 30,000 primary school girls across more than 20 schools, distributing essential menstrual supplies and providing mentorship that breaks attendance barriers, fosters self-esteem, and keeps vulnerable students learning safely.

Restoring hope for young mothers
Poverty and lack of resources often lead to early pregnancies and school dropouts. Through comprehensive reproductive health education (SRHR) and dedicated economic tools, we have mentored over 3,000 young mothers. By restoring their confidence and supporting their education, these resilient women are stepping back into self-reliance and dignity.

Building financial and food resilience
Over 10,000 women have unlocked economic independence through our community savings, loans, and micro-enterprise programs. Alongside financial literacy, more than 2,000 women cultivate smart kitchen gardens to overcome climate pressures, feed their households, and create sustainable local businesses.
"Thanks for giving us hope, mentoring us, and providing training on loans and savings. I am now able to balance my income, generate new revenue, and sustain my family with smart planting strategies."
