Executive leadership and program management
Dr. Olivia Ochoo
Our Executive Director provides visionary guidance across all strategic initiatives, ensuring that our programs continually align with our core values and the Sustainable Development Goals. Alongside the Executive Director, our Program Manager oversees day-to-day operations and grassroots community projects, ensuring women and girls receive the 21st-century skills needed to thrive.
Operations, Finance, and MEAL team
Accountability and real-world impact drive our core project team. Our Finance Manager oversees financial activities to guarantee the utmost transparency. Our MEAL Officer leads rigorous data collection, evaluation, and reporting on donor funding usage, while our two Assistant Program Officers coordinate program documentation and field execution.

Our Board of Directors-including our Board Chair, Secretary, Treasurer, and Advisory Board-provides governance, oversight, and strategic guidance to strengthen our long-term sustainability.
